Google Supplemental Pages Hack

September 14th, 2006

There are several reasons Google can list your pages as supplemental, normally it sees them as too similar to each other. I’ve discovered a neat Google hack that will let you see the number of supplemental pages in the index.

Try this:

site:www.mysite.com ***

So use the site command followed with a space with 3 wildcards. This can give you a great insight into your website and what you may need to improve.
